We’re looking for a finance professional with an extra fondness for accounting, that has 2+ years of experience in the field and wants to use his skills to embrace challenges as opportunities for innovation.
As a Finance & Accounting Specialist within our team, you'll be crucial in ensuring our financial records are spot on. Your main responsibilities will involve handling day-to-day financial and accounting matters and supporting the broader financial activities of IBORN and its strategic business units.
The responsibilities include:
Support the accounting process and manage relationships with external accounting service providers to make the accounting function as accurate and agile as possible and keep organized records
Assist in taxation matters (Corporation Tax, VAT, Employment related tax, etc)
Provide support with VAT return preparation and submission
Drive daily bookkeeping activities
Participate in preparing consolidated financial statements and financial audit
Create spreadsheets and report expenses
Per-day calculations for business trips
Calculation of overtime work
Communicate with Public Revenue Office - Regional Office
Prepare financial reports and documentation for investment projects
Skills and requirements:
Excellent knowledge of accounting rules and legislative
Excellent knowledge of tax regulations
Good understanding of financial accounting and financial reports
Experience with MS Excel
Knowledge of Power BI would be considered as an advantage
