Integrations Backend Engineer

Our core stack is Kotlin with Spring Boot, but strong experience in Java with Spring Boot is equally valuable. In this role, you’ll work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with colleagues and our UK-based client, contributing to technical decisions and ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and impactful.

💡If you
- Have strong understanding of SQL databases and experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs;
- Have a solid backend experience, ideally with Kotlin, but Java with Spring Boot is equally valued when paired with strong API integration expertise;
- Possess basic knowledge of Angular (or any other frontend framework);
- Have practical experience working within a microservices architecture;
- Care deeply about performance optimization and security best practices;
- Are comfortable working in AWS environments for hosting;

- Build and integrate APIs that work seamlessly with frontend applications, enabling efficient collaboration across the stack;
- Design, build and maintain scalable backend services;
- Work closely with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into high quality, maintainable and efficient technical implementations;
